Written contract on Incoterms® 2020 with agreed benchmark, quotation period, quality basis and dispute resolution.

Inspection & shipment
Independent quantity and quality inspection at load and discharge by internationally recognised inspectors such as SGS, Intertek or Cotecna.

Documents & payment
Settlement by documentary letter of credit, standby letter of credit or open account for approved counterparties, against bill of lading, certificate of origin and inspection reports.
