    Vendor / buyer registration filed with the counterparty's procurement authority, supported by audited financials, trade references, HSE and quality documentation.

    Credit & limit assignment

    Composite credit score, ESG overlay and country-risk factor generate a recommended exposure limit; every limit is board-ratified before first trade.

    Documentary & payment framework

    Approved bank instruments only — irrevocable letter of credit, standby credit or documentary collection through our correspondent banking network, with title and inspection terms fixed in the contract.

    Ongoing surveillance

    Continuous re-screening, limit monitoring and auditable deal-approval workflow; any breach or watch event escalates automatically to the risk committee.
