How is LPG priced internationally?

International LPG cargoes from the Middle East are priced against the Saudi Aramco Contract Price (CP) for Propane and Butane, weighted by composition, plus a spot premium, freight (Baltic BLPG routes), insurance and any war-risk surcharge.

LNG is priced under three dominant mechanisms: oil-indexed using a Brent slope (typically 11–14% × Brent + a constant), Henry Hub-indexed for US-origin FOB cargoes (115% × HH + a fixed liquefaction fee), and spot-indexed against JKM in Asia or TTF in Europe, with shipping added separately when sold DES.

How are crude oil cargoes priced?

Crude cargoes are priced against a regional benchmark (Brent for Atlantic Basin, Dubai/Oman for Middle East sour grades, WTI for US barrels) plus an Official Selling Price (OSP) differential set monthly by the producer, adjusted for quality (API, sulphur) and freight on the relevant Worldscale route.

How are EN590 and Jet A-1 priced?

Refined products are priced against Platts assessments — CIF NWE Cargoes or FOB ARA Barges for Europe, MOPS for Asia — averaged over the agreed Quotation Period, then adjusted for premium, freight on Worldscale clean routes, SGS or Intertek inspection and insurance.

Stated plainly, so that no counterparty or bank has to infer it: what we are licensed to do, what we are not, and the conditions attached to controlled goods.

What we are licensed to do

· Trade physical commodities as principal and, where mandated, as agent — crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals, helium and industrial gases.
· Contract for the purchase, sale, shipment and delivery of those commodities under its own commercial paper or the counterparty's.
· Undertake trading, re-export and logistics of motor vehicles, including certified armoured vehicles, subject to the export-control conditions below.

What we are not

· We are not a bank, and we do not issue, confirm, advise or monetise letters of credit, standby credits, bank guarantees or any other financial instrument.
· We are not an investment dealer, broker-dealer or securities adviser, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities or investment advice.
· We do not provide credit ratings as a service. Any internal scoring described on this site is used for our own counterparty limits and is not published as a rating.
· We do not accept third-party funds for safekeeping, and we do not operate escrow on behalf of others.
· We do not act as a refinery, allocation holder or mandate agent for any national oil company beyond registrations we can evidence on request.

Export controls on vehicles and armoured vehicles

· Armoured and defence-adjacent vehicles are supplied only against a signed end-user certificate and end-use statement from the named recipient.
· Every transaction is conditional on the export, re-export and import licences required by the jurisdiction of origin, transit and destination being in place before shipment.
· Destinations, end users and intermediaries are screened against applicable sanctions and embargo regimes. We decline business where screening is inconclusive.
· We do not supply into jurisdictions under comprehensive arms embargoes, and we do not supply non-state armed groups.
