Terms of the house

All photographs, illustrations, renders and graphics displayed in the MENA United image library, gallery, marketing materials and across this website (collectively, the "Imagery") are editorial assets commissioned, produced and curated by or for MENA United Trading F.Z.C.

The Imagery has been created specifically to represent MENA United's verticals — crude trading, upstream, downstream refining, terminals, LNG and shipping, helium, data centres, aviation fuels, automotive supply and the trading desk environment — and is not licensed from third-party stock photography providers.

Each gallery asset carries a visible MENA United watermark applied at the perimeter of the composition so as not to obscure the subject. Files served from the website also embed copyright metadata in the IPTC/XMP fields where supported.

Removal, alteration, cropping out, occlusion or obfuscation of any watermark, copyright notice or rights-management information is expressly prohibited.

You may view the Imagery within this website for your own non-commercial reference.

Accredited journalists and analysts may reproduce up to three (3) Imagery assets, at web resolution, in editorial coverage of MENA United, provided that (a) the watermark is preserved, (b) the credit "© MENA United Trading F.Z.C" is displayed adjacent to the image, and (c) a link to www.mena-united.com is included where the medium permits.

Counterparties, banks, ratings agencies and trade-finance partners may use the Imagery in confidential transaction memoranda relating to MENA United, subject to the same attribution requirements.

Without our prior written consent, you shall not: (a) use the Imagery for any commercial purpose, advertising, training data set, model fine-tuning or generative-AI input; (b) modify, manipulate, composite or derive new works from the Imagery; (c) re-license, sublicense, sell, rent or distribute the Imagery; (d) imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation by reason of using the Imagery; or (e) use the Imagery in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful or that could damage MENA United's reputation.

"MENA United", the MENA United logo and all related marks are trademarks of MENA United Trading F.Z.C. No use of any mark is permitted without prior written consent, save for accurate, non-misleading reference in editorial or financial reporting.

To request high-resolution, unwatermarked or extended-use rights, contact press@mena-united.com with the intended use, medium, territory, duration and circulation. Licences are granted on written terms only.

We monitor for infringing use of the Imagery. Unauthorised use will be addressed through take-down requests, DMCA notices and, where appropriate, civil action under UAE intellectual-property law and the law of any jurisdiction where the infringement occurs.

If you believe the Imagery has been used in violation of this notice, please report it to legal@mena-united.com with URLs, screenshots and the date of observation. We will investigate and respond promptly.
