All content on the Site, including pricing, market data, shipment information and product descriptions, is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or invitation to enter into any transaction.

Binding offers are issued exclusively in writing by an authorised officer of MENA United Trading F.Z.C, subject to KYC, sanctions screening and signed contractual terms.

Reference prices are sourced from public futures exchanges and published industry assessments. Vessel and cargo data are indicative and may be cross-checked against public AIS feeds. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

All trademarks, logos, content, design and code on the Site are the property of MENA United Trading F.Z.C or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual-property law. No licence is granted except to view the Site for your own non-commercial use.

You shall not use the Site to upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, infringe rights of others, or use the Site in violation of any law including export controls and sanctions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MENA United Trading F.Z.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction to protect our rights.
