Capabilities
Every capability below is coordinated in-house — no unmanaged hand-offs between chartering, ops, compliance and documentation.
MENA United coordinates seaborne shipments of crude, refined products, LPG, LNG, petrochemicals and specialty gases under CIF, FOB, CFR and DAP terms. Fixture selection, laycan discipline and voyage monitoring are managed in-house from load port to discharge.
We charter VLCC, Suezmax, Aframax, LR1/LR2, MR product tankers, VLGC, ISO-container feeders and dry bulk tonnage. Fixtures are executed with vetted brokers and inspected under OCIMF SIRE 2.0 and CDI protocols where product class requires.
Third-party tank capacity booked per cargo with nominated terminal operators in ARA, Fujairah, Singapore, Houston and Jebel Ali supports blending, tank-to-tank transfer and throughput operations. These are commercial arrangements with insured, audited terminal operators — MENA United owns no storage or terminal assets.
Every shipment is pre-cleared against UN, OFAC, EU, HMT and local sanctions regimes. In-house documentation covers HS classification, certificates of origin, dual-use screening and free-zone re-export paperwork under applicable customs jurisdictions.
Insurance is placed through Lloyd's syndicates and IUMI-registered underwriters, with Institute Cargo Clauses (A), War & Strikes and pollution liability where required. Certificates are issued shipment-by-shipment against confirmed vessel and voyage.
Port operations are executed with vetted agents at every major energy port — pilotage, berthing, hose connection, ship-shore transfer, ullage and NOR / SOF discipline are managed by our operations desk through the voyage window, with cover extended around laycan and discharge.
Cargo quality and quantity are certified by SGS, Intertek, Saybolt, Bureau Veritas or Camin Cargo — appointed jointly by buyer and seller. Sampling, sealing and analysis follow ASTM, ISO and IP standards, with retained samples held for the duration of the contract.
Sulphur, urea, base oils, drummed lubricants and ISO-container helium and nitrogen are held in bonded warehouses across Jebel Ali, Rotterdam and Singapore. Inventory is tracked by lot, batch and certificate, with WMS-level visibility for counterparty audits.
